Treasurer
Albert A. Alley, M.D. - Dr. Alley is an eye surgeon known in the area for his philanthropic activities. Dr. Alley and his family were instrumental in building the Alley Family Center. Dr. Alley is a former agency board president and represents the agency on the Foundation Board. He joined the Foundation Board in 2001 and remains a director on the agency board of directors.

Director
Rebecca Caplan - Ms. Caplan became involved with DDS as a volunteer. Her interest to help people with disabilities and her professional background made her an ideal candidate for the Foundation Board. She is the Senior Manager National Alumni Relations for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC in Philadelphia. She graduated Cum Laude from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Duke University. She serves on the board as a community representative.

Director
Ms. Shatto is the newest member on the board. She has experience as an Estate attorney and is currently a Estate Settlement Officer for Fulton Financial Advisors. She is excited to be a member of the Foundation Board of Directors and looks forward to helping the Foundation achieve its goals for people with disabilities in Lebanon Valley.

Development Director
Jessica Penchard - Jessica came to the Foundation after eight years experience in public relations and five years experience in development. She was hired in February 2004 and serves as the Development Director for the Foundation and Public Relations Director for DDS of Lebanon Valley.
