VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES AT DDS

On-going Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are valuable in the everyday operations of DDS. Duties would include collating, photocopying, washing toys, assisting with fundraisers and events, minor building maintenance, weeding and grounds keeping.

Wish List
If you would like to assist the DDS classroom programs, consider making a contribution to our on-going Wish List:

* Hand Sanitizer
* Paper towels
* Bird Seed & Suet

Classroom Volunteers
Volunteers assist teachers in the classroom and help supervise the students during activities. Volunteers may also help prepare materials for future classes.

Classroom Volunteers are required to complete a volunteer application and will be interviewed by senior staff prior to service. It is also required by law for classroom volunteers to have a current physical before the start of their volunteer service. These measures are necessary to ensure the well being of students enrolled at DDS.
