Developmental & Disability Services of Lebanon Valley is a charitable 501(c)3 organization empowering children with developmental delays and persons with disabilities to lead more productive, satisfying, and independent lives.

Empowering Independence Since 1961

DDS was formed in 1961 as United Cerebral Palsy of Lebanon County, establishing the first developmental classroom for children with disabilities — with just four children enrolled. Today DDS serves more than 400 children and adults each year through an array of training and education programs. Developmental & Disability Services of Lebanon Valley is a 501(c)3 Charitable Organization, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
