Students in the Morning Class

Children enrolled in the DDS-Alley Learning Center class of 2012 celebrated graduation, Thursday, May 16. Pictures are (Back row) Mary Yeagley, Teaching Assistant and Tanya Sensenig, Teacher, (Front row) Alyssa Rodriguez, Morgan Wilhelm, Cristan Nadal, Samuel Pajak, Rachel Troup, Ricky Santana and Bella Larson.

Sammy (pictured marching in the center of photo) and his family moved to Lebanon County from California. Having a child with special needs made this transition especially difficult. Allison, Sammy’s mother, was relieved to have her son admitted to the DDS-Alley Learning Center Preschool. When Sammy began school at the age of three he spoke very little and lacked many of the social skills typical children have. Now, Sammy is singing and belting out tunes louder than any of his other classmates. To see more photos click here

Due to budget cuts, Developmental & Disability Services of Lebanon Valley has been forced to close the preschool.
